To reduce fake orders and delivery issues, first-time customers are required to pay a small advance. Returning customers with a previous order history do not need to pay any advance. We will deduct the Bkash amount manually from the total.

Returning Customer

No advance bKash payment required for verified returning customers.

New Customer

New customers must pay advance:
Tk 100 inside Dhaka
Tk 200 outside Dhaka

Order Policy Agreement

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery or record an uncut unboxing video for any claim.
No returns for change of mind.
Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of confirmation only.
Refused deliveries or unreachable customers may be flagged as fraudulent.
